In 2012, we will continue with the capital improvement initiatives providing a safe and secure residential community, maintaining Cedarwood’s distinctive image among the Park Forest Cooperatives, and providing services that support quality residential living in Cedarwood Cooperative.
Capital Improvements include several property improvement projects. Currently, Cedarwood has started the replacement of the original porches. The new porches will provide an additional 36 square feet of exterior living enjoyment.
