ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES MINIMUM INCOME REQUIREMENT MARRIED COUPLE: $22,000 + $1,000 per dependent (child or parent) or $17,000 one spouse minimum. SINGLE: $22,000 + $1,000 per dependent (child or parent) SENIOR CITIZEN: $15,000 + $1,000 per dependent (spouse or parent) Applicants with total disability must earn $15,000. Child support and alimony cannot be considered unless proper documentation is provided including court order. Applicant must also meet the following admission standards: a) proof that all debt obligations (including Cooperative obligations) can be paid from current income b) proof that debt obligations are paid promptly c) proof that landlord or mortgagee is paid promptly d) proof of declared income Past debt history will be reviewed INFORMATION REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION* Previous year's W-2 form Paycheck stubs for three months Copy of current drivers license $45.00 - money order, certified check, or cash (non-refundable) Any additonal information deemed necessary by Cooperative Management GENERAL INFORMATION Our carrying charges range from: $376 -- First Floor, One Bedroom $382 -- Second Floor, One Bedroom $422 -- Two Bedroom, Interior $427 -- Two Bedroom, End $433 -- Two Bedroom, Duplex $472 -- Three Bedroom, End $478 -- Three Bedroom, Twin Court $486 -- Three Bedroom, End Drive Additional assessments for windows may apply on some units.
